Post her fellowship, she worked as a Retina and Cataract consulting surgeon in Vasan Eye Care, Chennai (2011-2013).
Followed by that she joined Renowned Lotus Eye Hospital, (2014-2019) Superspeciality eye care hopspital located in Juhu, Mumbai as a Consultant and surgeon in Retina and cataract.
She is working as a consulting Retina and Cataract surgeon in Bethany Hospital, Thane (2018 till date).
She is the Founder and Medical Director of Dr Pallavi's Eye and Retina care and Laser Centre, Thane (ISO Certified).
She is a member of All India Ophthalmological Society, Maharashtra Ophthalmological Society and Bombay Ophthalmologists' Association (BOA), Tamilnadu Ophthalmic Society.
She always remains active in academics and has several publications and research paper presentations in various National and international conferences.
Her areas of expertise are Cataract by Phacoemulsification, Toric, Multi-focal & Toric Multi-focal IOL She has done superspeciality in Vitreoretinal surgeries and procedures such as Retina Detachment surgeries, Macular hole surgeries, Retinal lasers, Diabetic retinopathy management.
